Within 2 Business days after the withdrawal form is received by the Registrar's Office you should receive an email to your CBU email account indicating that the Withdrawal has been processed. It is the students' responsibility to contact the registrar's office (901) 321-3238 if no email message is received stating that the Withdrawal has been processed. This will ensure timely processing of all withdrawals for the student.

  • Day Students - must come to the Registrar's Office to pick up the withdrawal form.
  • Professional Studies and Masters Students must use the online withdrawal request form

    (Note that a Complete Withdrawal will require the student to come to the Registrar's Office to secure proper signatures from various offices on campus.)
