Weybright has been named the Gulf South Conference West
Division Freshman of the Year.
Weybright led the GSC in three point shooting going, 37-79
from long range making 47 percent of his shots. He was fourth
on the Bucs in rebounding with 3.8 per game and fifth in scoring
with 9.2 per game.
Jordon Jeffries
and Jake Bazeley
were also named to the West Division's Second-Team. Jeffries
led the Bucs in scoring and rebounding this season with 14.0
and 6.6 per game averages. Bazeley finished third in scoring
with 13.2 points per game and led the team in assists with
121.
Arkansas-Monticello's Mike Newell was named the West Division
Coach of the Year. Harding forward Matt Hall was named the
West's Player of the Year.
