Win Memphis Twilight Cross Country Classic

Results
Memphis, TN – The Harding University
men and Mississippi State women won the team championships
at the second-annual Memphis Twilight Classic held at Mike
Rose Soccer Complex.
Harding freshman Peter Kosgei won the men's individual title
with a four-mile time of 19:09.82. Alabama-Birmingham sophomore
Elizabeth Ambrus was the first collegian to finish in the
women's three-mile race with a time of 16:59.11.
Christian Brothers University seniors Ben Knoernshild finished
44th in the men's race and Kim Crump finished 74th to lead
the Bucs and Lady Bucs.
Southern Illinois, Mississippi State, Eastern Kentucky and
Jacksonville State rounded out the top five for the men.
UAB, Eastern Kentucky Southern Illinois and Harding rounded
out the top five for the women.
The Bucs and Lady Bucs will be back in action on Saturday,
September 25 competing in the Arkansas-Little Rock Invite.
