Signs Professional Contract With Icelandic Team

University soccer standout Ross
McLynn has signed a professional contract with Fram, a
professional club in the Premier Division of the Icelandic
League.
Fram is the oldest soccer club in Iceland and the team plays
in the National Stadium in downtown Reyjkavik. They are currently
in Spain as part of pre-season training, but will begin the
regular season in early May.
McLynn was a pre-season All-Gulf South Conference selection
in both 2003 and 2004. He was a second-team All-GSC selection
in 2000, 2002 and this past season, as well as a first-team
selection in 2001. He was the GSC Freshman of the Year in
2000 when he helped the Bucs to the GSC Championship.
