Late Goal Lifts Alabama-Huntsville

Huntsville, AL – Despite out shooting
the University of Alabama at Huntsville 7-4 in the second
half, the Christian Brothers University Buccaneer soccer
team gave up a goal in the 71st minute and lost to UAH, 1-0
today.
CBU (3-5-1, 1-1 GSC) had four different chances in the second
half, but couldn't find the back of the net.
UAH (3-7, 1-1 GSC) midfielder Sam Pettit served a corner
kick in the 71st minute and Chase Tidmore lined in his first
goal of the season.
Brad Whitsitt had three shots, including one on goal. Mariano
Ilari and Rasaq
Kuteyi had two shots each while Ricky
Biven added one on goal.
The Bucs will be back in action this Sunday, October 2 when
they travel to Lincoln Memorial.
