Teams Announce 2004-05 Schedules
Men's
and Women's Basketball Schedules in PDF Format
Memphis, TN – Christian Brothers University
Men's Basketball Coach Mike Nienaber and Women's Basketball
Coach Scott Groninger have announced their 2004-05 respective
schedules.
The Buccaneers feature a renewal of an old rivalry as they
will play an exhibition game with the University of Memphis
at the new FedEx Forum on Saturday, November 6 at 7 p.m. The
Bucs will also play at Division I Murray State University
on Thursday November 11 at 7:15 p.m.
The Lady Buccaneers will open their schedule with exhibitions
against Southeast Missouri on Monday, November 8 at 7:30 p.m.
and at the University of Memphis on Wednesday, November 10
at 7 p.m.
Both teams will play in two separate tournaments with the
Bucs competing in the Northern Kentucky Tournament on November
19 and 20 and then traveling to Phoenix, Arizona on December
28 and 29 to take part in the Grand Canyon Classic. The Lady
Bucs will play in the Delta State Classic on November 26 and
27and will travel to Pensacola, Florida to compete in the
West Florida Holiday Classic on December 29 and 30.
The teams will open up the newly remodeled De LaSalle Hall
and Arena on December 4 playing host to Lane College with
a double-header beginning at 2 p.m. The Lady Bucs will begin
defense of their GSC West title on Monday, January 3 with
a 6 p.m. tip off at Central Arkansas with the Bucs playing
at 8 p.m.
Both teams open up the regular season at LeMoyne-Owen College
with a double-header on Monday, November 15 at 5:30 p.m.
