Kieron Heblich was named head coach of the Lady Buccaneer
soccer program on May 6, 2005 after serving two years as an
assistant coach with both the men's and women's soccer programs
at CBU.
Heblich, came to CBU after a standout career as a collegiate
soccer player at both the Junior College and NCAA levels.
Heblich played two years at Meridian Community College in
Mississippi where he was an NJCAA All-American, a member of
the National Tournament All-Tournament Team and was an All-South
Region Selection.
From Meridian he transferred to Northeastern State University
in Tahlequah, Oklahoma where he was a member of the All-Region
Team both seasons, as well as being All-Lone Star Conference,
and a LSC All-Tournament Team member.
Heblich graduated from Northeastern in 2000 with a degree
in health and human performance and spent one season as an
assistant coach with both the Men’s and Women’s
teams at Northeastern. He earned his masters degree in education
from CBU in May of 2005.
Originally a native of Scarborough England, Heblich spent
two years in an apprenticeship with his hometown club.

Emma Wright begins her first season as an assistant coach
for the Lady Buccaneers.
Wright played collegiately at both Central Connecticut State
and Slippery Rock University. She played for three seasons
at CCSU where she helped the team to it's first-ever appearance
in the second round of the NCAA Tournament The Blue Devils
had a 1-0 first round win over Boston College and took UCONN
to double-overtime before bowing out to the Huskies.
Wright was a three-year letter winner with Blue Devils where
she was a two-time First-Team All-Northeast Conference selection.
She scored nine goals and added eight assists in her three
years at CCSU for 26 points. She was the Central Connecticut
Sportswriters Player of the Year helping the team win two
NEC Titles.
Wright transferred to Slippery Rock her senior year where
she was an immediate impact, scoring seven goals and assisting
on seven others for 21 points and an All-Pennsylvania State
Athletic Conference selection. She helped the Rock to the
PSAC West Title in 2004.
Wright graduated from Central Connecticut in May of 2005
with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in art specializing in graphic
design. She is persuing her Masters Degree in education at
CBU.
