Lady Bucs Drop Two At Spring

Mobile, AL - The Christian Brothers
University Lady Buccaneer softball team dropped a pair of
non-conference games this afternoon to Spring Hill College,
9-2 and 5-0.
CBU (6-7) fell behind early in game one but picked up two
runs in the fifth inning when Hannah
Shackelford doubled to left center scoring Paula
Cerrito and Netia
Shores.
The Lady Bucs could muster just three hits in game two as
Spring Hill (13-7) shut out CBU 5-0.
Jenny Bernard,
Kathryn Bomar and
Shores picked up the Lady Bucs three hits in the game.
Shackelford drove in two and went 2-7 on the day. Cerrito
went 2-6 with a run scored on the day.
The Lady Bucs will be back at home this Friday, March 11
playing host to Robert Morris College in a double-header beginning
at 1 p.m.
