Jerden Named Christian Brothers University Men's and Women's
Tennis Coach
Memphis, TN – Christian Brothers University
athletic director Joe Nadicksbernd has announced that Dale
Jerden will be the new men's and women's tennis coach.
Jerden is a local tennis professional from Bartlett who will
be heading his first collegiate program. He brings more than
20 years of experience of coaching and or teaching tennis.
He has served as the Tournament Director for various United
States Tennis Association (USTA) junior and adult tournaments
including the Memphis City Open, the Cancer Society Benefit,
the Mississippi Valley Classic and the TPC Classic.
Jerden comes to CBU as the Tennis/Swim Director for the TPC
at Southwind (Professional Golf Association Tour) in Memphis.
He served on the Memphis Tennis Association Board of Directors
from 1988-1993 and was a certified United States Professional
Tennis Association Professional for 15 years.
