Welcome to the Mid-South Internship Connection (powered by MonsterTRAK). Thanks to the support of MonsterTRAK, we are pleased to offer this new Internship Consortium across the Mid-South. You will have the option of posting your internship to this institution and/or to the group of participating colleges in the Mid-South Internship Connection consortium free of charge. (Your internship will be available for students to review online for 90 days. After the initial 90 days, your position will be archived and may be reactivated at any time free of charge). From these listings, students may contact you directly.

Operating Policies:

1. These institutions reserve the right to refuse posting your position to the Mid-South Internship Connection system if it is not deemed an internship with a developmental learning component based on the following definition: An internship is an experience consisting of substantive and supervised work that compliments a student's academic program. It is distinguished from other work experiences because it is directly related to a student's program of study and has clearly defined learning objectives. The experience has a detailed position description that includes specific duties and responsibilities, as well as career related learning objectives. These opportunities may be part-time, full-time, paid, unpaid, or for academic credit. They may be offered fall, spring, and/or summer. A temporary staffing or downsizing solution is not an internship. In addition, it provides the opportunity to develop and practice leadership skills by applying academic solutions to real life problems. The long-term goal of any internship is to develop mutually beneficial relationships between students, businesses and not-for profit organizations.

2. Part-time and full-time positions that are not considered internships or are not part-time/full-time positions with nonprofit or government agencies, will be posted via a different registration page. Furthermore, to reach students outside of CBU with these positions, the organization will be charged a nominal fee. To post part-time and full-time opportunities, please click here.

3. Resume referrals will not be provided for Mid-South Internship Connection positions.
