Please read the following information carefully regarding PRESELECTION PROCEDURES:

PRESELECTION works as follows...students submit their resumes to the Career Center (many do this at the beginning of the semester, some at other times throughout the remainder of the year).  Please note that when students list their resumes with our office, they are doing so to be eligible for all positions in their area of study and/or interest, not for a PARTICULAR position.

All of these resumes are located in the Career Center's on-line database...they are sorted by classification (alumni, seniors, MBAs, etc.), and then sub-divided by major.  (All resumes are listed as Microsoft Word document for easy viewing.)  Once you have reviewed the resumes that you wish to see, you should email the list of names of the students you have selected to the Recruitment Coordinator.  The Career Center will then contact the students you have named, and ask them to sign up for an interview time.  (It is possible, though rare, that a student may not be interested in your particular position, in which case they may decline the interview.)

We will then contact you with a finalized interview schedule once all students have signed up for interview times.

Would you like to PRESELECT candidates for these interviews? (Please read below before selecting.)

We will PRESELECT 100% of our candidates to interview;
do NOT allow non-preselected students to sign up.
Any unclaimed interview times will remain blank.

We will PRESELECT some of our interview candidates;
allow other non-preselected students who meet our
requirements to sign up for any unclaimed interview times.

We will not preselect candidates prior to interviewing;
make our interview schedule available for any qualified
students to sign up.
