“Regional Conferences take place each spring. A host school volunteers to run the regional conference activities. Although activities vary between regions, the typical regional conference consists of a business meeting, professional or technical presentation, competitions, such as surveying, technical presentations, the regional concrete canoe, and regional steel bridge, social activities and an awards banquet.”
