      • Invite professionals to come speak with us on the different divisions of the civil engineering profession.  These are Structural, Geotechnical, Transportation, Environmental and Hydrological Engineering.
      • Professionals should come speak on the values of ethics in the engineering profession
      • Provide opportunities for students to interact with professionals
      • Academic Development
      • Make sure there are review sessions and involve the professors in helping students prepare for the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam.
      • Setup up field trips and tours of different engineering related sites. This gives an opportunity for us to see our design implemented.
      • ASCE Student Chapter Involvement
      • Encourage National and Local ASCE membership by arranging enjoyable opportunities for students to increase their knowledge in civil engineering.
      • Provide social functions for students to interact with each other. This provides easier group work relations that engineers often have to face in the “real world”.
      • Provide situations where students have responsibilities to improve their leadership skills

      • Group working experience for students that teaches leadership skills
