What is it?
Simply stated, the Annual Fund provides unrestricted funds for use in the current year's operational budget. The Annual Fund also provides annual scholarship support for students.

What do your gifts support?
A gift to the Annual Fund supports our students and faculty. This fiscal year, you have the option to designate your gift to each school (Arts, Business, Engineering, and Sciences), a General Scholarship Fund, or the traditional Annual Fund (where we'll put it to use wherever the need is greatest). Whatever your designation, your gift will make a difference for CBU.

Why is it important to participate?
No matter what the amount, your Annual Fund participation as an alumnus, parent, or friend is a vote of confidence for the University's vision to be the finest Catholic University in the South -- where our graduates are distinguished by professional excellence, leadership, and ethical character. Your participation is vital to further our chances of receiving funds from corporations and foundations so that current programs excel and new initiatives are introduced.

What are the dates for CBU's Fiscal Year?
Our fiscal year runs June 1 through May 31. All gifts must be received by May 31 in order to be recognized in the Honor Roll of Donors.

The goal for the 2007-08 Annual Fund is $1.4 million, and the goal for alumni participation is 20 percent.
