The National Alumni Board is the governing board of the Alumni Association of Christian Brothers University. Members serve three-year terms and no member of the Board may serve more than three terms in succession.

Members serve on various university committees, which include Alumni Life, Enrollment Management, Advancement, Student Life, Education, Athletic, Plants & Grounds, Information Technology, and Religious Life.

Full board meetings occur four times a year, with individual committees meeting as needed. All board members are expected to attend board meetings and to participate on a committee.
