CBU Graduates First Class in its Project Management Certificate Program

(Memphis)---On December 11th, eight students became the first graduates of Christian Brothers University’s new Graduate Certificate in Project Management.

The program’s universality makes it appealing to all managers. Its design benefits both newcomers who want to gain knowledge and a better understanding of project management as well as project management professionals (PMPs) who want to enhance their skills.

This nine credit hours program can be completed in just six months and is comprised of a three-course sequence of classes that are taught in conjunction with the MBA program. Students take courses in project management, organization, planning and leadership and project execution and control. Classes will meet Monday nights from 6-10 p.m.

The courses in the certificate program can be applied to graduate programs at CBU for students earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) or a Master of Engineering Management (MEM). Applicants must hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
