CBU is also listed among the most diverse campuses in the South, in the 9th spot of the top 15 southern colleges and universities known for campus diversity.

"We are delighted that Christian Brothers University has been again recognized in "America's Best Colleges," said CBU president Brother Stan Sobczyk, F.S.C. "Our students, faculty and staff are dedicated to making this university a special place. CBU students become leaders who value academic quality and social responsibility."

The U.S. News rankings are based on several quality measures including academic reputation, graduation and retention rates, faculty resources, student selectivity, alumni giving and graduation rate performance. Today, more than 110 full-time faculty members, with 83% holding doctorates or the highest degrees in their field, provide a comprehensive education to 2,000 students from more than 20 states and 25 countries, representing 35 different faiths (24% Catholic). CBU students receive more than $7 million in scholarships and grants provided by the university and its benefactors.
