The pre-law program at CBU offers several opportunities for students who plan on attending law school. First, students can receive advising on how to best pursue law school. The information students collect in such advising appointments range from advice on choosing a major to choosing specific classes. The pre-law advisor also helps pre-law students with the application process toward law school, which includes preparing for the LSAT, and writing the personal statement.

In addition, students participate in a pre-law club that meets monthly. Through this club pre-law students participate in a variety of pre-law programs, such as visiting law schools and hosting guest speakers like lawyers and law students. The pre-law advisor encourages students to make contact with the pre-law program early in their college career so they can receive the most advantages from the program.
