School of Business Core Curriculum Changes for 2006-2007
1. ITM 153 will be a prerequisite to STAT 221 (no longer a co-requisite)
2. MATH 106 will be a prerequisite to STAT 222.
3. ECON 212 will become ECON 214.
4. ECON 211 will become ECON 215.
5. ECON 214 will be a prerequisite to ECON 215.
6. ACCT 260 and ECON 215 will be prerequisites to FIN 327
6a. "Junior Standing" will be the prerequisite for MGMT 337 and MKTG 311
7. (ACCT 270 or ACCT 320) and FIN 327 will be corequisites.
ACCT 270 may be taken in the Sophomore year by non-Accounting majors; 
at the latest ACCT 270 may be taken concurrent with FIN 327.
ACCT 320 is a junior level class for Accounting majors.  At the latest it may be taken as a co-requisite with FIN 327.
8. MKTG 311 and STAT 222 will be a corequisites.
STAT 222 may be taken in the Sophomore year by students who have successfully completed STAT 221 and MATH 106.
At the latest, STAT 222 may be taken concurrent with MKTG 311.
9. (ACCT 270 or ACCT 320) and FIN 327 and MGMT 337 and MTKG 311 and STAT 222 and BLAW 301 and BLAW 302 are
preprequisites to MGMT 498.
