The cost will cover 20+ hours of review time. Sessions include mathematics, chemistry, statics, mechanics of materials, dynamics, electrical circuits, thermodynamics, material science, fluid mechanics, ethics, and economics.

The book we will be using for the review sessions is the FE Review Manual, 3rd Edition, by Michael R. Lindburg, P.E., 2011. (ISBN: 978-1-59126-333-3)

Becoming a P.E.
To become a registered professional engineer in Tennessee, one must meet the following education and experience requirements:

  • An ABET accredited undergraduate engineering degree or a substantial equivalent.
  • A minimum of four years of progressive engineering experience with an Engineer Intern Certification or a minimum of twelve years of progressive engineering experience without an Engineer Intern Certification.
  • A passing score on the Principles and Practice of Engineering Examination.
