Dr. Anthony Trimboli
Length of service at CBU: Dr. Tony Trimboli began teaching at CBU in 2011.
Courses taught: Principles of Chemistry and lab
CHEM 113 & CHEM 113L; General Chemistry and lab CHEM 115 & CHEM 115L.
Formal Education:
Dr. Trimboli earned a bachelor’s degree, majoring in Chemistry, from Muhlenberg College 2004 (Allentown PA). From there (to escape the cold winters) he completed his Ph.D. from the University of South Carolina under the direction of Stephen L. Morgan in 2008.
Background:
Dr. Trimboli has been associated with the Lasallian education system in the past as a student and teacher (LaSalle College High School, Wyndmoor PA) and now as an assistant professor at CBU.
Professional Interests:
Dr. Trimboli intends to continue his research developing instrumental techniques for forensic applications.
Service:
Dr. Trimboli has continued his love of sport and teaching by being an assistant coach for the Christian Brothers High School ice hockey team, beginning with the 2011-12 season.
Interests:
Being a transplant from Philadelphia his first passion are the Flyers, Eagles and Phillies. When not watching those teams or the Gamecocks in action, you best bet to find Dr. Trimboli is on the golf course. Second to sports, is his love of food (both cooking and eating).
