Environmental Protection Agency: Web site of the EPA; provides national, state, and local environmental information.
Hazardous Substances DataBank:
peer-reviewed toxicology data for 5000+ chemicals. Search by chemical name, phrases, or CAS numbers. (See TOXNET for more resources.)
LANDSAT:
view three dacades worth of remote sensing images of the Earth as seen from space; track changes over time. Data also available.
NASA Climate Change: NASA's "Eyes on the Earth," with images and data (carbon dioxide levels, sea ice, land ice, global surface temperatures) illustrating how the climate is changing.
