Would you like to get college credit for taking your required high school courses?
Would you like to take courses at Christian Brothers University at a discounted rate?
These options are possible for qualified high school students. Christian Brothers University proudly participates in the Tennessee Dual Enrollment Grant program. This program funds high school students' study at eligible postsecondary institutions. Participating students can receive college credit as well as credit toward high school graduation. Students remain enrolled at their current high school and are also enrolled at CBU as a dual enrollment student. All students may request an official college transcript upon completion of coursework.
The Tennessee Dual Enrollment Grant program is funded by the Tennessee Lottery and administered by the Tennessee Student Assistance Corporation.
All dual enrollment students are eligible for a reduced tuition rate of $300 ($100 per credit) for a course offered at a local high school or $510 ($170 per credit) for a course offered on CBU's campus, plus the cost of books, and a non-refundable $85 service fee per course.
