If you are ready to enroll:
1. Complete the online application.
2 . Contact every college and university you have attended since high school and request an official transcript to be sent directly to:

3 . Compose a letter of admission addressed to Mrs. Tonna Bruce, Dean of the Graduate & Professional Studies Programs. You may send the letter to us by mail to the above address, by fax to 321-3575, or by email to evening@cbu.edu
4. Submit payment of a $25 application fee. (Visa or MasterCard online or check or money order via mail)
5. Print out the Certificate of Immunization and have it completed. You may send the completed form to us by mail to the address above or by fax to 321-3575.
