Endowed Scholarship Announcement and Application

Dr. Rose G. Deal and L. Anthony Deal have established a new academic scholarship at Christian Brothers University

This scholarship covers full tuition, books, fees, and room-and board in Stritch, Rozier, or Maurelian Hall. It is renewable for all four years provided the student maintains full-time enrollment at CBU as a resident student and a 3.0 cumulative grade point average for each year of their enrollment.

Scholarship applicants must have completed a CBU application for admission and been admitted to CBU for Fall 2006 as a freshman for consideration. In addition, applicants must meet the required academic qualifications for this scholarship.

To be considered for this scholarship, the student must have a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative high school grade point average and plan to pursue and remain in a Liberal Arts major (preferably History or English) at Christian Brothers University.

Recipients will be required to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid form (FAFSA). The value of the scholarship including federal and state grant dollars will not exceed direct costs.
