Find your MAC address
How to find your MAC address using the Windows command line


  • Go to the Start Button
  • Go to Run... or in Windows Vista, go to the Search Box
  • Type cmd in box and hit <Enter>
  • At command prompt type:
  • ipconfig /all and hit <Enter>
  • Scroll down and look for Physical Address for "Ethernet Adapter Local Area Connection", or for Wireless, "Ethernet Adapter Wireless Network Connection" and copy it onto your Network Request Form, and turn this form into the helpdesk
