Affairs Oral History Collection
From the Library of Congress American Memory project,
this collection offers transcripts of interviews with
U.S. diplomatic personnel. Most of the interviews come
from foreign service officers, but also some political
appointees and other officials. While some 1920s-, 1930s-,
and World War II-era diplomacy is covered, most interviews
involve post-World War II diplomacy, from late 1940s -
1990s.
