If you experience technical difficulties with your WebCT login, contact the IT help desk at help@cbu.edu.
Any problems with viewing the video lectures should be sent to the Distance Education Network at memp@cbu.edu.

- Open a web browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, Mozilla)
- In the web browser’s address box type: http://webct.cbu.edu
- Click on “log in to my WebCT”
- In the “WebCT ID” box type the username supplied to you
- In the “Password” box type the password supplied to you
- Click the “Log in” button
- Click on the course link to view the course menu
Instructions to Download Video Lectures:

Real Player is required for viewing video lectures. A web browser, such as
Internet Explorer is also needed.
- Login to WebCT.
- Create two folders on your desktop: [Folder 1] and [Folder 2].
- Download the "Root" directory from WebCT and save it in [Folder 1].
- Unzip (or extract) files and save them in [Folder 2].
(All unzipped files should be saved in [Folder 2] )
- Download a lecture from WebCT and save it in [Folder 1] (all zipped files should be saved
in [Folder 1] ).
- Unzip (or extract) the lecture file and save it in [Folder 2].
- Repeat the previous steps each time you download a new lecture.
- Keep in mind that [Folder 2] should always contain unzipped files, the "Images" folder and the "HTML" file.
