Once again this semester, in conjunction with Kaplan Testing Services, we will be offering the opportunity to take a practice version of one of several Graduate Admissions Tests (GRE, GMAT, LSAT, MCAT, DAT, OAT, PCAT). Practice tests will be offered on Thursday, April 4th (note the date change from March 21st) beginning promptly at 1:00 pm. Each test will take anywhere from 90 minutes to slightly over 3 hours, depending on the specific test, so make sure you are there on time at 1:00 pm, and can block off the entire afternoon to take the test. (Otherwise your scoring will not be accurate.) All tests are timed by section.

These tests are retired versions of the actual test administered in a written format, but they are scored just like the real thing (“essay” sections are not included, and some tests are slightly abbreviated versions). You can get your answers back very quickly, and you get to keep your test booklet as a study guide after the test. It’s a great opportunity to learn where you’re strong, and where you need more study.

It only costs $5.00, which you can bring with you on test day. Room assignments will be posted on the first floor of Kenrick Hall on the day of the test.

To reserve your seat, sign in to your Nace-Link account, click the “Events” tab at the top of the page. Then select which test you want to take, and hit the gray “RSVP” button at the bottom of the page. Deadline to register is Wednesday, March 27th. This is the only time this semester that we’ll be conducting the practice tests, so don’t miss this chance!
