The Registrar's Office issues the following verifications of academic record:
- Enrollment Verification
- Letters of Good Standing
The above documents are issued to insurance companies or other student benefit program organizations. Academic record information available for verification may include prior and/or current enrollment, enrollment status (full-time or part-time), grades, and GPA.
The Registrar's Office will certify enrollment at the end of the add/drop period for a particular enrollment period. We will not certify enrollment for future terms even if a student has already registered for classes. See the academic calendar for specific dates.
To obtain Enrollment Verification:
- Print the Enrollment Verification Request Form.
- Submit the completed form by mail or fax.
- Please allow 24 hours for us to process your request.
Current students who simply want an unofficial copy of their course schedule or transcript may obtain one without charge through Banner Web.
