The Department of Mathematics in the
School of
Sciences offers a four year program leading to either a
bachelor of arts or a
bachelor of science degree in
mathematics.
A mathematics major may obtain a
dual degree in math and computer science.
A mathematics major may obtain a license
to teach high school in Tennessee with an
arts degree.
The department has a multidisciplinary program that combines
mathematics with bioinformatics and
biology or
chemistry
and another that combines mathematics with
forensics.
