Important Dates for Commencement 2008

December 1st, 2007
INTENT TO GRADUATE and CAP/GOWN ORDER FORM due!!
(Please complete these on-line immediately)
Anyone who submits forms after December 15th will be assessed a $50 fine.
NO ONE will be allowed to walk after April 15th.

April 8th, 2008
Senior Day
Sabbatini Lounge (located in the Thomas Center)
Time: 12:00-1:30 & 4:30-6:00pm
Students will receive announcement, commencement tickets, surveys, and
will be given the opportunity to take individual Commencement Photos.

May 6th, 2008
Senior Party (Details TBA)

May 7th 2008
Rehearsal @ 6:00 pm in the University Theatre
Senior Picnic immediately following

May 8th, 2008
Baccalaureate Ceremony @ 7:00 pm in the University Theatre
President's Reception immediately following

May 9th
Commencement 2008
Desoto Civic Center
4560 Venture Drive
Southaven, Mississippi 38671
(15 minutes from Campus)
2:00 pm: Graduates Check-in
3:00 pm: Doors open to the public
4:00 pm: Ceremony Begins

**Ten tickets to the Commencement will be given to graduates. If you would like to request additional tickets,
you may email Ms. Andrea Payne at apayne2@cbu.edu.

NOTE: If you request additional tickets, this does not guarantee that you will receive them;
additional tickets will be given out on a first come first serve basis.
