This page offers descriptions of the living quarters made available to those students living on-campus at Christian Brothers University.  We have also included below printable, measured floor plans of each room/suite for your planning convenience.  Prices listed below are on a semester-based pricing schedule.  All students are also required to choose a meal plan.

Maurelian Hall:  This residence hall is an all female facility with 103 rooms. Each unit consists of two suites with two bedrooms and a den area that is furnished with a love seat, table and chair. Single and double rooms are available. The spacious lounge is an ideal place for small informal socials, meetings or gatherings.  View floor plan.

Single: $2,460.00(Contains one twin bed, 1 desk, 1 chair, 1 chest of drawers)
Double:  $1,310.00 (Contains twin bunk beds, 2 desks, 2 chairs, 2 chest of drawers)

Rozier Hall:  Rozier is an all male facility with each unit consisting of four rooms that share a bathroom in the middle of the suite. Single and double rooms are available.  View floor plan.

Single: $2,460.00 (Contains one twin bed, 1 desk, 1 chair, 1 chest of drawers)
Double:  $1,310.00 (Contains twin bunk beds, 2 desks, 2 chairs, 1 chest of drawers)

Stritch Hall:  This is a coed facility with 31 rooms. On one floor reside the male students and on the other floor reside the female students. Each room has a sink and mirror, and both floors in the building have single and double rooms available. Although all residence halls are conducive to study, Stritch is considered the "quiet" study hall. The Stritch lounge has a great atmosphere and a gorgeous view that provides a "homey" atmosphere. Double:  $990.00 (Contains twin bunk beds, 2 desks, 2 lamps, 2 chairs, 1 chest of drawers, 1 wardrobe closet, 2 sinks w/ mirror, 2 windows w/ blinds, Carpeted floor)

Avery Apartments:  The apartments can house both male and female residents separately. They are fully furnished, with a kitchen and two bedroom living units that can be occupied by 2-4 upperclassmen. The apartments aid our students in becoming familiarized with independent living skills.  View Floor Plan.

Single:  $2,730.00
Double:  $1,590.00

Each apartment contains:
Bedroom:  Twin Bunk beds, 2 desks, 2 chairs, 1 chest
Living Room:  1 love seat, 1 chair, 1 end table
Dining Area:  1 round table, 4 chairs

Capstone Apartments:  Constructed in 1999, the three Capstone Apartment buildings are the newest addition to campus housing at CBU.  These new facilities offer four separate, single rooms with each pair sharing a bathroom. A fully accessorized kitchen opens into a spacious living room which extends to an outdoor balcony. View Floor Plan.

Each apartment contains washer/dryer, refrigeration/icemaker, full size range, microwave, dishwasher, closets with mirrored doors, and full telephone/cable access in each bedroom.  For security, each unit also contains a built-in security system, dead bolt locks, fire extinguisher, and privacy viewer in the front door.
