A major portion of this class consists of projects.
The first project (project
1) caused some issues. This should be a descriptive paper. No
equations and few numbers. Descriptions. Think of it as an english
paper not a statistics project.

The fourth project requires each group to concieve a testable
hypothesis, then to design and carry out a sampling system that will
allow the group to test thier hypothesis.
