Homogenization of Gills
Dissected (gills) from 18 shrimps.
Homogenized in TRIS-HCL, pH 7.6, buffer in PMSF containing 1mM EDTA, 1mM DTT, 0.5M sucrose, and 0.15M KCL.
Centrifuged at 18.000 xg for 20 minutes at 4 °C.
Stored in –80 ºC freezer.
