Research Objectives
Under the goal of discovering payout utilization, the research aimed to determine the following:
- Client/beneficiary experience with filing claims (i.e. difficulty in gathering documents)
- Length of time to receive payout
- How the client/beneficiary spent the payout
- How these decisions were made and who made them
- How the client/beneficiary paid for funeral expenses
- Client satisfaction with the claims process
