Read carefully pp. 457-463 (up to energy). (It is very important to do this reading!)  Start project 5 ASAP.  It will be due 12/10-F in order that you may have more time to spend on it.  DON’T TRY TO DO IT ON 12/9.  If you do you will be in for a real shock.

Make up test 12/6-M 2-3:20 in S107; 12/7-T 11-12?20 in S112.  Can’t come you should have let me know in class 12/3-F.

A practice problem in Error function for Taylor series: 456/1 (will not be collected.)

 

Final Exam review on Friday.  Looking back on previous finals for Calc II there were about 8 problems to integrate (including improper); numerical methods (eg Simpson, Trapizoid); a couple problems on basic sequences and series; Taylor Series;  Binomial Series; and one problem on Fourier Series; volumes of rotation.

Daily Homework Procedures Short Form:

 

1.  Use lineless 8.5" by  11" paper.                                                                  

2.  Show all necessary work providing clear, yet concise explanations.

3.  Use a straightedge to draw straight lines.  Quadrille paper is required for graphs; label axes and the scale marks and 
     points as is appropriate.

4.  Staple all work together;  paper clips and dog-earing are not acceptable.

5.  Place your first and last name, course and section, date assigned and section /problem numbers  in the upper right-hand 
     corner.
