The members of AOL have an area within AOL called the Music Message Area where they can discuss the Sweethearts but those who are not AOL members cannot access that area. Cassasong has started a Yahoo Group called "sweetheartsoftherodeo" so that fans of the Sweethearts who are not AOL members can share in the discussion about the Sweethearts. You can participate in this group two ways:
Once you have a Yahoo ID you can join the group "sweetheartsoftherodeo" just as you would join any other Yahoo Group. If you don't have a Yahoo ID already you can get one at http://groups.yahoo.com/. When you join the group you can decide whether to login to the group to read and post messages or you can send the messages to and post from a specified email address.
To subscribe to the Yahoo Group mailing list you will need to contact Yahoo Groups at sweetheartsoftherodeo-subscribe@yahoogroups.com.
An email confirmation will be sent to you. When you reply to this confirmation, you are subscribed to the group "sweetheartsoftherodeo" and are able to send and receive messages. Email sent to sweetheartsoftherodeo@yahoogroups.com will be distributed to everyone on the mailing list but you must be a member of the list in order to post messages to it.
