The Fenwick Road Neighborhood Association Council is made up of residents that live within the boundaries of the those defined in the Associations charter filed with the Tennessee Secretary Of State Corporation division and the Bylaws of the Fenwick Road Neighborhood Association.
The council is made up of 4 members. The council members are elected yearly by Fenwick Road Neighborhood Association members that are in good standing with the Association.
