Some measurements are basic, and some are combinations of other more basic ones:
What are the basics: (MKS system)
- length (in Meters)
- amount of “stuff” called mass (in Kilograms)
- time (in Seconds)
What are some of the combinations:
- speed (distance per time)
- area (distance times another distance)
