Note that Tright is in fact larger than Tleft as we figured it should be from the diagram earlier.
Also note that the sum of the magnitudes of Tright and Tleft are greater than the weight of 100 Nt. This is because part of each tension, the x-component, goes into pulling sideways instead of pulling up.
