Generalizing
We have from the previous apparatus:
We note that v = Dw/Dt where w is the width of the circuit (distance from end of rails to bar). Can we take the D /Dt and apply it to all the variables: DV = D(B L w) / Dt ?
The answer, based on experiment, is YES!
