Solving for p = mv from the Bohr theory

[KE + PE = Etotal, (1/2)mv2 - ke2/r = -13.6 eV

gives v = 2.2 x 106 m/s ] gives

p = (9.1 x 10-31 kg) * (2.2 x 106 m/s)

= 2 x 10-24 kg*m/s;

this means px is between -2 x 10-24 kgm/s and 2 x 10-24 kgm/s, with the minimum ?px being 5 x 10-25 kg*m/s, or 25% of p.
