   2.   Homework 2:  next Friday, turn in the solutions to Exercises 1-6 in “5. Vector Spaces”.  

   Reminder: Exam on notes, class discussion, and readings on Friday, October 30. (postponed to Monday, November 23).

   2.   In [B/S],  read pp. 229-231.  

   3.   Be prepared to present any one of the Exercises 3, 4, & 5 in “1. Metric Spaces.”

   4.   Start typing your References page using MS Word.   Start  with [B/S] and [F/B] (the M401 textbook).

   4.   Start typing your References page using MS Word.   Start with [B/S] and [F/B] (our M 401 textbook).
