Quantitative Analysis

Quantitative Analysis deals with the analysis of a sample for the amount of the analyte. The course is equally divided between classroom and laboratory work. Gravimetric, volumtric, potentiometric, spectrometric, and chromatographic techniques will be studied. Laboratory techniques will be mastered that can be applied to a wide range of analyses.

The lectures are delivered using PowerPoint multi-media presentation software. The lectures also involve the use of other software on CD-ROM or disk. We regularly surf the WEB for useful information.
