Caduceus Newsletter: SPECIAL EDITION: A proposal for Chuckie Darwin’s Birthday |

As
you know, the 198th anniversary of Charles Darwin’s birthday is
Monday, February 12. I humbly suggest
that we celebrate Chuckie’s birthday with an Olympic Ape Triathlon, involving
any of the following activities: |

Chimpanzee Triple-Jump: Contestant begins at starting tape on a
4-point stance, i.e. with both
feet AND knuckles of both hands on the ground. Contestant then jumps 3 times, but knuckles
of both hands MUST touch the ground at the end of each component jump.
The Great Gorilla Run: Unicycle is optional.
Coconut Shot Put: The Coconut Shot Put is very much like
any other Shot Put competition, except you use a coconut instead of the
weighted red ball that is used by the contestant shown here.
