CS 400 Final Report Facts about the internship List the name of the company, the name and e mail address of your supervisor, a detailed job description, your reasons for selecting it and a description of what you expected to gain from your internship. Detailed description of work performed or projects developed Describe in detail the work you did during your internship. (This part is the longest.) Be technical and detailed. Indicate the amount of supervision you received and your interaction with others at the firm. Current project status and future plans Discuss the current status and future plans of the project on which you worked. Initial expectations and actual work Discuss parts of your work experience that you expected to be particularly troublesome but that turned out to be easy or parts that you expected to be easy but that turned out to be difficult. Lessons learned Draw conclusions about what to do and not to do during an internship. These will typically be both managerial and technical lessons. Recommendations for future interns Make any suggestions that future interns might find helpful. -------- Oral report Prepare a professional report of about 15 minutes in length that describes the high points of your internship.
