To apply to the College of Adult Professional Studies:
- Complete your application form
- Official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended must be provided. Official transcripts should be sent directly to CBU from the college/university via postal/priority mail or secure electronic transcript service.
(If a student has less than 24 transferrable college credit hours, an official High School Transcript is needed)
- Submit your GPA from previous college work (2.0 GPA is required).
If you plan to attend CAPS as a full-time student, you will need to complete a Student Health Form and submit a copy of your shot record (students are required to show proof of two MMR and two Varicella Immunizations). Please contact Health Resources at (901) 321-3260 for additional information on any questions related to the health form/shot record.
Once your application and transcripts have been received, they will be reviewed.
When you have been accepted, we will set up a meeting to advise you on your coursework and help you register; discuss the new student manual and new student information; walk you through Bannerweb, CBU email, and Canvas; and answer any questions or concerns you might have to ensure that you are prepared for the upcoming term.
