Banking Concentration

Banking Concentration

The concentration in banking requires 15 hours which is comprised of:
  • FIN 350 – Capital Markets & Institutions
  • ECON 303 – Money & Banking
  • FIN 411 – Commercial Banking
  • FIN 455 – Practicum & Project in Finance
Plus one of the following electives: ACCT 380, FIN 340, FIN 437, FIN 440, MKTG 401, or ECON 420.

Courses in the Banking Concentration:
  • ECON 303 – Money and Banking
  • FIN 350 – Capital Markets and Institutions
  • FIN 411 – Commercial Banking

One course to be chosen from:

  • ACCT 480 – Financial Statement Analysis
  • FIN 340 – Investments
  • FIN 437 – International Financial Management
  • FIN 440 – Portfolio Management
  • MKTG 401 – Introduction to Real Estate
  • FIN 455 – Practicum / Project
