Health Services strives to assist students achieve their educational goals by promoting good health practices and providing accessible, comprehensive, and cost effective acute primary healthcare and educational outreach.

It is our goal to help students make informed healthy choices that will result in lifelong health and wellness.

Health Services is located on the lower level of the Thomas Center. Please enter the building across from the BUC Grill and next door to Campus Ministry. The Office is staffed from 8:30 am until 2:30 pm on Monday and Tuesday. On Wednesday and Thursday, it is staffed 8:30 am – 4:30 pm (when school is in session) to consult with you about your healthcare needs.

Services

Many over-the-counter medications and first aid supplies are available to students and faculty/staff at no charge. Laboratory testing such as Strep A screening, pregnancy testing, and urine screening are performed when clinically indicated. There are no charges for clinic visit or above testing. Short term, acute illnesses can be addressed in Health Services. Patients with long term or chronic illnesses will need to be seen by their primary care physician. Health Services can provide assistance with decisions regarding follow up with off campus care if needed. Flu shots are available annually at a minimal cost to faculty/staff and students.

All students must have the following form completed by their health care provider, and returned to the Health Resources Office prior to beginning classes.
